OBITUARY

Cody Ellis Phillips Jr., a precious infant, sadly passed away on September 11, 2025, in Mobile, Alabama.

His short time with us touched the hearts of many.

The infant was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sherry Phillips and grandfather, Mitch Hamilton.

Survivors include his parents, Cody Ellis Phillips Sr. and Hannah Hamilton of Poarch, Alabama; grandparents, James Phillips and Elizabeth Hamilton; six sisters, Olivia Griffis, McKenzie Griffis, Bentley Lilly, Serenity Phillips, Ella Phillips and Maliyah Phillips; numerous aunts and uncles.

Funeral service will be held at 5:00 p.m. today (Friday, September 19, 2025) at Petty Funeral Homes, LLC., with brother Jerry Sanchez officiating.

Visitation will be held today from 4:30 p.m. until service time at Petty Funeral Homes, LLC. Burial will follow at New Home Cemetery.
