OBITUARY

Kevin Dee Cardwell, born November 23, 1962, in Denver, Colorado, peacefully went home to the Lord on October 8, 2025, at his home in Atmore, Alabama.

Kevin is the beloved son of Robert and Dixie Cardwell. He is survived by his devoted wife, Diana Graczyk, his loving daughter, Madison Small, and her husband, Matthew Small. Kevin is a proud Papa to Avelynn Small, Lucas Small, and Charlotte Kinghorn. Kevin is also survived by his brother, Kenneth Cardwell.

Kevin is a man of great heart, determination, and skill. He has a lifelong passion for working on cars, trucks, and motorcycles — there was never a machine he couldn’t bring back to life. When Kevin wasn’t in the garage, you could find him tending his home, garden, or enjoying the outdoors, where he felt closest to peace.

Known for his strong will and even stronger love for his family, Kevin was rarely seen without a smile — and often with a Coors beer in hand. His humor, warmth, and unwavering spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Kevin’s memory will live on through the countless lives he touched, the projects he completed with care, and the family he cherished so deeply.
