Crews from Mobile-based Utilities Lines Construction Services (ULCS) worked Thursday to repair electrical wiring in a street light just off the intersection of Trammell and Church streets. An employee of the firm said he and his co-workers are also rewiring a second streetlamp just a few yards north of that one.
